Chairman

Dr. Sam Iwuajoku

Dr. Sam Iwuajoku has built a diversified business group spanning aviation, hospitality, construction and advertisement. An engineer by training, he brings broad commercial expertise across oil & gas, steel and commodities.

His journey into aviation began in the late 1990s with the acquisition of a Hawker 800 — the first step in what would become a fully integrated private-aviation enterprise. Along the way he founded Quits Aviation Services Ltd and Afri Infrastructure Development Ltd, and came to operate Lagos' first world-class general aviation facility in partnership with ExecuJet — laying the foundations of today's Quits Aviation Group.

Under his chairmanship, the Group operates a dedicated private terminal at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, the Legend Hotel — Curio Collection by Hilton, and a growing portfolio of engineering, construction and advertising businesses within the NEPZA free zone.

In 2008 he led Dubai World's team for a US$5 billion investment programme in Nigeria, spanning a seaport, a refinery and a satellite city. He has been ranked among Nigeria's wealthiest businessmen and featured in Forbes.
