Operating within a NEPZA free zone as Quits Aviation Free Zone Company, the Group unites private-jet charter, FBO and handling, an airport hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton, aviation-grade construction and brand advertisement — all guided by four values: Quality, Safety, Excellence and Ethics.

QUITS is born
Quality Inspection & Testing Services Ltd is incorporated in April by Dr. Sam Iwuajoku.
Hilton partnership
The original Management Service Agreement is signed with Hilton in November.
Ground at the gateway
A ground lease is agreed with the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria; the Hilton agreement is amended under the Curio Collection.
The Group takes shape
Quits Aviation FZE and Quits Engineering & Construction are incorporated.
Doors open
Executive Jets Services, Execujet Aviation Nigeria, Quits Hospitality and VFP are incorporated — and Legend Hotel commences operations in October with 54 rooms.
